The Indigenous Constitutional Law Blog is a national platform for information and quality commentary from experts across Australia on the reforms contained in the Uluru Statement from the Heart: Voice, Treaty, Truth. The blog is written for the Australian public, and contains accessible legal and political analysis. The Indigenous Constitutional Law Blog is hosted by the Indigenous Law Centre, UNSW Law. The Indigenous Law Centre was established in 1981, and has been important in driving meaningful legal and political reform for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Its research has been foundational for the work towards meaningful constitutional reform that recognises the place of First Nations people in the Australian Constitution, including the work of the Expert Panel on Recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in the Constitution and that of the Referendum Council.
